Following careful review of the current guidelines for preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Jump!Zone will be closed beginning 3.17.20 through 3.30.20. We will reopen on Monday 3.31.20.
Our priority remains to provide a fun, safe and healthy environment for children. This temporary closure is in the best safety interest of our customers, staff and the community.
We will continue to evaluate the guidelines and directives of the CDC, federal, state and local governments. We will provide updates to our operations as needed.

- I had a party on February 20th for my granddaughter. We were late getting there but the staff took great care of my guests until I arrived. Our party hostess, was wonderful. She was constantly going and took care of everything. I had not a single care. You hardly noticed she was there. The pizza was great (Papa Johns), great variety of drinks to choose from and Jenny was always refilling cups and checking if they needed another slice. She cut the cake like a pro.
The jump area was clean, open and inviting. I would truly recommend this particular location to anyone that is looking for a fun place for a party. - (M. Milelak)
- I love this place. I live in Algonquin, and prerfer to drive there rather then pump it up in Crystal Lake. The management team is amazing the place is very clean the staff is amazing and the prices are definitely worth it my kids did the egg hunt today and had a great time every kid got eggs and prizes and they did it throughout the two hours which was awesome thanks again we will definitely be back every month. - (A.
