As President, Ronna Davis leads Jump!Zone and has the responsibility for the overall vision of the corporation.

Ronna graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Economics and then developed a 15 year long successful career as a Home Mortgage Consultant which culminated with her employment at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Once Ronna became interested in the Indoor Inflatable Center market a spark was ignited which grew stronger the more she researched the idea. The spark became a flame which couldn't be ignored and thus she quit her lucrative mortgage broker career to pursue the dream of opening Jump!Zone. Ronna's enthusiasm is shared with her customers and employees and has helped shape Jump!Zone into an exciting and fun place to work and visit.

Jump!Zone is committed to her vision of creating a safe, fun, friendly, high energy indoor inflatable center.

Chris Davis oversees the day to day operations of Jump!Zone. This includes Franchise Sales and Franchise Delivery. Critical to anyone's success in starting a new franchise business is the delivery process and the amount of involvement Jump!Zone provides during delivery. Chris directly manages every single new store opening providing complete support during start up.

Chris' career started, after graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Chemistry and Business, as a Chemist for Baxter Healthcare. With the explosion of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for healthcare companies, Chris changed gears and spent the next 15 years selling Information Systems for companies like Applied Biosystems, Thermo Electron, and Sun Microsystems. Looking for a new challenge that would leverage his 15 years of experience automating businesses, Chris left the corporate world to join his wife in her new endeavor: Jump!Zone.

Deploying software that controls the enterprise is an ambitious endeavor that requires tremendous coordination and precision. The process of getting a business started, even a small business like an indoor inflatable center, is very similar to deploying business software. Chris leverages his 15 years of experience to get all new franchise stores opened successfully.

Dick Lindner lends his experience to Jump!Zone as head of our commercial leasing department.

Dick retired from Bob Evans Farms, Inc. as Vice President of Technical Services. His time at Bob Evans Farms saw tremendous growth in the number of new restaurant openings that today stands at 589 restaurants. His knowledge of the nation's commercial real estate and network of relationships he acquired at Bob Evans Farms has proven crucial to Jump!Zone's rapid growth by securing properties quickly and with favorable lease terms that only someone with qualifications of Dick Lindner could bring.

As Director of Marketing, Eric Hadley develops Jump!Zone's overall marketing strategy. This includes all printed and advertising materials.

Eric is a 7 year veteran of retail store management. He owns multiple franchisees in the Once Upon A Child Franchise System. He understands the needs of store owners to have cost effective advertising that gets results. Additionally, since Eric is a long time Franchisee, Eric has provided Jump!Zone guidance on Franchisee/Franchisor relations to insure Jump!Zone stays connected to the evolving concerns of it's own store owners.

Michael Plummer is an independent consultant contracted by Jump!Zone to provide direction and leadership of our technology. Jump!Zone is committed to leveraging technology to automate the daily tasks of the store owner. Many of the operations of Indoor Inflatable Centers are automated by Michael's support such as our computerized reservations management system, on-line order processing system, and our store owner web site self-update system.

Thanks to Michael, Jump!Zone has taken a leadership role in the Indoor Inflatable Industry with respect to technology.
