PARTIES ARE 2 HOURS LONG!


Jump!Zone gives you MORE VALUE for your child's party. We offer a STRESS FREE environment so you never have to feel rushed on your child's special day!


Parents feel free to relax with the guests. The party coordinator will attend to the details. Our friendly, trained staff will set-up, serve and clean, so you can enjoy your child's special day.

WE HAVE 2 INVITATION OPTIONS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!
1. You can print out the invite from home off of our website. Click on the Open Play tab at the top of the page then click on the tab above the Open Play calendar that says "Print Waiver", scroll down to the second page to see and print the invite.
2.You can use our EZ INVITE management system. You must book the party online for this option to work and then you can send out email invites to all of your guests, track the RSVP'S and even send thank yous!


Have an Outside Party with Guaranteed Sunshine Indoors! Book your Party Online!


At Jump!Zone you get access to the entire play arena for the first 1 hour and 15 minutes of the party and the last 45 minutes in the party room. Parties will have use of their private party room for almost the entire time of the party.

You can also add an extra hour or half hour onto your party - please call for details.

How we Schedule

WEEKEND
Weekend rates apply Friday starting at 1:00PM, all day Saturday and Sunday and on holidays and school breaks. Taxes are not included in party package prices. Please remember there is a 10% CT. Entertainment tax on all parties.

Party Polices
 

Added Guest Policy

 
Number of guests is limited as specified. Additional children for any party are $10 (plus tax) each. There is a limit of 5 extra ($10/guest) guests per party. Parents and children younger than 2 are Free
 

Party Format

  
Parties are 2 Hours. The first 1 hour and 15 Minutes the children play in the arena and the final 45 minutes are concluded in the party room with NO RETURN to the arena as full tummies and bouncing do not mix well! The Play Arena is SHARED and you should expect that there will be other people in the arena during your party, however your party room is private at all times and available to you shortly after the start time of your party. Party start times are staggered between the rooms to ensure safe and enjoyable arena time. Please do not arrive more than 5 to 10 minutes before your party as another party will be in session. We will collect waivers and explain safety rules at the start of your party. Parties are on a strict time schedule. Please do not arrive late for your party as you will not be given more time, you will loose that amount of time off of your party. Also, if you ordered pizzas, we can not order them until you arrive, if you arrive late there is a chance that we will not be able to order your pizzas in time and you may not receive them for your party.
 

Outside Food Policy

 
Other than birthday cakes and cupcakes (for scheduled parties only),outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Party packages DO NOT INCLUDE FOOD and all food & drinks other than your cake or cupcakes must be purchased through us.

Prices listed on website for "Extras" do not include tax. Also, fruit and veggie trays are ordered and purchased specifically for your event and may not be canceled within 72 hours of your event.
